Guest Conduct & Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, volunteers, and staff, we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event grounds at our discretion. Reasons may include disruptive behavior, intoxication, safety violations, or failure to follow staff instructions. This policy is strictly enforced.

Age Restriction

Children under 6 years of age are not permitted on the hayride. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Prohibited Items

Absolutely no carry‑ins of any kind are permitted. This includes food, beverages, bags, backpacks, and personal items not essential for medical needs.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes firearms, knives, pepper spray, tasers, or any object reasonably considered a weapon. Guests found with prohibited items will be denied entry without refund.

Weather & Attire

This is an outdoor hayride and rustic barn experience. Please dress appropriately for chilly October nights in the Upper Peninsula. The event operates in most weather conditions except severe or unsafe weather.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By entering the event grounds, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor, uneven‑terrain environments and haunted attractions. These risks may include loud noises, sudden scares, strobe lighting, fog effects, uneven surfaces, and physical movement of the hayride wagon.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks of injury or property damage and agree that the event organizers, volunteers, and affiliated entities are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property occurring on the premises. Guests are responsible for monitoring their own physical limitations and ensuring their participation is safe for them.

Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets are non‑refundable. This includes situations where a guest is refused entry or removed from the event grounds due to policy violations or disruptive behavior. Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased.
